This handy book covers all of the important equations in both laboratory and space plasma. It also covers useful conversions, constants, and equations from related fields such as mathematics, electronics, fluids, and atomic physics.
This book is in the public domain and the TeX sources to the book are available, to go along with the pdf and ps versions. Best of all, printed versions of this book can obtained for free from NRL. If you are teaching a plasma physics class, I recommend ordering enough for the whole class.
